• Camping is a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Camping is permitted at designated (numbered) sites Only
  • Check-out is at 4:00 pm
  • Camping equipment must be completely removed from site upon departure.
  • BCDA will not be responsible for vehicles and camping equipment left unattended in campgrounds.
  • All persons using camp area and their visitors, between ages 16-65, must have a BCDA permit.
  • Visitors are not permitted after 10:00 pm. Camper is responsible for visitors behavior. 
  • Maximum occupancy per site: 8-people - 2 motor vehicles.
  • Campground gates are closed, for security from 10:30 pm to 6:00 am.

  • Fires shall be confined to fireplaces, grills or other appropriate facilities (where provided)
  • Where no facilities are provided, campers shall use reasonable care in handling campfires.
  • ​For your safety and the safety of others, please do not stack firewood more than three feet high.
  • Hang lanterns on lantern post, Never hang lantern directly against tree.
  • Do not cut, damage, pull or drive nails into trees or shrubs.
  • Respect your "Camper" neighbors.
  • Observe quite hours from 11:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  • Firearms, fireworks and alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
  • All pets must be kept on a leash, at all times. (They are not allowed on beaches, in buildings, or picnic area)
  • ​Camper responsible for pets must clean-up after your pet and excessive barking is prohibited.
  • The operation of any motor vehicle within a recreation area in such a manner as to disturbing others is prohibited
  • Parents are responsible for children when driving golf carts or using other amenities.
  • No parking on road shoulders in camp circles.
  • Campers are responsible to maintain their site and leave the site clean, by (placing garbage and refuse in trash cans.) 
  • Each campsite may have 1 camper and 1 tent or 2 tents, allowing only 8 people per site.
  • All camping equipment (tents and RV's) MUST be located within campsite. No tents will be allowed outside of area.
  • No campsite will be rented to anyone younger than 21 years of age.
  • Drainage of water, soap, grease or any other waste product onto the ground or into anything other than approved holding tanks is a violation of state law.
  • All campsites are paid for in advance, No refunds.
  • Horseshoe Bend and Piney Point may flood during heavy spring rains, You are responsible for your own camper.
  • No house boats are allowed on the BCDA lakes
  • No swimming at beaches after dusk or before daylight​
  • ​​No Bulldogs, Dobermans, Rottweiler's, Chows, or any other dogs deemed aggressive by Park Staff are allowed on any BCDA areas
  • ​A person must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver's license to drive a golf cart in campgrounds            

     Rules, regulations, and prices are subject to change, if in doubt; call the BCDA office for current information.

  • No Dogs Allowed On Beach
  • Please turn off lights.
  • Please put dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on before checking out.
  • Do not remove towels and/or bed linens from the cabins.
  • Do not take towels and/or bed linens to beach areas.
  • Please put all bags of trash in the garbage cans provided outside of your cabin.
  • Excess garbage should be put in the dumpster just inside the yellow gate as you enter the park.
  • Renter is responsible for the conduct or damage done by anyone in your party.
  • Please put all dirty bath linens in the clothes hamper provided in the bathroom.
  • Please extinguish all candles before leaving the cabin.
  • Lock all doors and close all windows before leaving and leave keys at the Elliott Branch Camp store.
  • BCDA is not responsible for any items left unattended.
  • Fireworks, Firearms, and Alcoholic Beverages prohibited.
  • BCDA is not responsible for VCR or DVD media that might be damaged due to players.
  • Fire extinguishers are located on the wall, KNOW THERE LOCATION.
  • Only two vehicles per cabin. Guest should park on entrance road shoulder.
  • Park all boat & trailers in designated area, not at cabins.
  • Please use parking spaces between cabins fully, not in front of cabins.
  • Read and follow additional rules in your paper work.
  •  Failure to cancel a reservation at least 14 days prior to the arrival date will result in a $100 charge. If you book within 14 days of your intended stay then you are already within the cancellation notice window.
